Slane History and Archaeology Society are starting their series of Spring Talks and are pleased to welcome Ashling Heffernan, Manager of the Battle of the Boyne Centre Oldbridge who will give a talk entitled “The Kings Gift -Mementoes from King William III”, which should be of great interest to those who live locally and those interested in the Battle of the Boyne and its aftermath.
The talk will take place on Thursday 16th February at 8pm in the Slane Youth Club building on Chapel St., Slane. all welcome and parking available- do hope you can make it.
